Telecom Engineer specializing in Network Design & Optimization (NDO), Network Performance Management (NPM), KPI monitoring, SLA governance & worst-cell analysis.

In the telecom industry, high network quality is crucial. It keeps subscribers happy and prevents churn. Network Performance Optimization (NPO) monitors live network health. As an NPO specialist, I track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). I build clean monitoring frameworks to find performance dips. This keeps vendors compliant with operator Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Core KPI optimization focuses on three pillars. These are accessibility, retainability, and mobility. Accessibility evaluates setup success rates. Retainability tracks session continuity. I audit call drops to find radio link failures. Mobility refers to handover success rates. I analyze these metrics across thousands of sites to keep networks stable.

I use systematic Worst-Cell Analysis in my daily work. I identify the worst-performing cell sites in the network. Then, I focus on recovering these specific sites. I review their alarms, interference levels, and traffic load. Solutions include tilting antennas or updating neighbor lists. This strategy helps stabilize high-traffic regions quickly.

Modern NPO also tracks customer experience. I link network counters with customer complaints. By checking low throughput and packet loss, I resolve VIP user issues. This customer-centric approach is valuable for managed services. It ensures vendor performance is judged by actual user satisfaction.

I have led regional NPO teams for Ericsson, Nokia, and Huawei. As the single point of contact, I manage weekly KPI reviews. I align engineering teams with business leaders. I also coordinate field teams to complete network swaps. This leadership ensures we restore network performance on schedule.
